1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of soluswealth.co.uk (the "site") and our introduction service. By using the site or submitting your details through our chat-based form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

Solus Wealth is an introducer service operated as a sole trade by Mr Kamal Zubayr Abdullah of 51K Lewisham Hill, London SE13 7PL. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZC123557.

3. What we do

We operate an introduction service. When you submit your details through our website, we may introduce you to one FCA-regulated wealth adviser firm whose specialism fits your stated area of interest. The receiving firm is responsible for any subsequent advice and regulated activity.

We act under Article 33 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, which permits unauthorised persons to make introductions to authorised firms subject to certain conditions, including:

• We do not provide advice or make recommendations on specific investments, products, or strategies
• We disclose to you that we are not authorised, that the receiving firm is, and that we receive a fee for the introduction
• The fee we receive is paid by the receiving firm, not by you, and is the only benefit we receive in connection with the introduction

4. Eligibility

To use our introduction service you must be:

• A UK resident
• At least 18 years old
• Either earning £100,000+ per year, or holding £100,000+ in savings or investments

If you don't meet these criteria, we won't introduce you to a wealth adviser. You may still use the site for general information.

5. How the introduction works

1. You answer a short series of questions through our chat-based form, including a self-declaration of eligibility.
2. You submit your contact details and confirm consent to be introduced.
3. We share your details with one FCA-regulated wealth adviser firm.
4. The receiving firm contacts you to arrange a free introductory call.
5. The receiving firm decides whether to take you on as a client based on their own assessment.
6. You decide whether to engage them. There is no obligation at any stage.

6. What we charge you

The introduction service is free to you. We are paid a fee by the receiving wealth adviser firm when an introduction is made. This fee is disclosed to you on the form before you consent.

Any fees you may pay for financial advice or services are agreed directly between you and the wealth adviser firm. We have no involvement in, or responsibility for, those fees.

7. What you must not do

You agree not to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through the form
• Submit details on behalf of another person without their consent
• Use the site or service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any associated systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content without our permission
• Submit automated form completions or use bots to interact with the site

8. The receiving wealth adviser firm

We make introductions only to wealth adviser firms that:

• Are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
• Have entered into a written introducer agreement with us
• Have permissions appropriate to the service they will provide

The identity and FCA Reference Number of the receiving firm will be provided to you at the point of introduction. You can verify their authorisation status at any time using the FCA Register.

The receiving firm is independent of Solus Wealth. We are not partners, agents, or representatives of the firm, and the firm is not our partner, agent, or representative. They are an entity to whom we make introductions under a commercial arrangement.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no representations or warranties about:

• The site being available, error-free, or uninterrupted
• The suitability of the receiving wealth adviser firm for your specific circumstances (this is determined by your conversation with the firm, not by us)
• Any financial outcome, return, or benefit from engaging the receiving firm

Information on the site is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other regulated advice. If you need advice, speak to the wealth adviser firm we introduce you to or to another suitably qualified professional.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

• Any advice given to you by the receiving wealth adviser firm
• Any decision you make in relation to your finances, investments, or financial planning
• Any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from your use of the site or our service that is indirect, consequential, or arising from circumstances we could not reasonably foresee
• Any disruption, loss, or damage caused by failure of the site, third-party services, or matters outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you in connection with these terms or your use of the site is limited to £100.

11. Intellectual property

The site, including its design, copy, illustrations, and the Solus Wealth name and logo, is owned by us. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or use any part of the site without our written permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
